Update your DNS email settings

    Need to change email MX settings to receive email via Namesco email hosting. Please see their support email below. How do I organise this please?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    The reason why email is not working is because the domain name is not using our services because the nameservers are pointing here :-

    Name servers:
    ns1.wordpress.com
    ns2.wordpress.com
    ns3.wordpress.com

    If you want to use our email platform, you need to contact the above supplier and ask them to update the DNS record with the following to point the email to us :-

    MX 30 athena.hosts.co.uk.
    MX 30 hermes.hosts.co.uk.

    Once updated and live the email would arrive on our platform.
