Updated my plugins and then wordpress itself, now my whole website is down

touchngo.org, the website I manage for my university, is completely down due to wordpress errors. The error message is Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/97/10491797/html/wp-content/plugins/sydney-toolbox/sydney-toolbox.php on line 103. I can’t access the editor to restore an older version or remove the plugin. No matter what, I just get this error message. Please help!
