Updated Podcast Episode No Longer Recognized by my Media Host (Castos)

  Hi! I am using the Divi theme with Seriously Simple Podcasting and Castos. I was updating my Podcast Episode 1 post to look different (Using the Divi Builder and adding transcripts to the post). I did not change the media section of the post- the media file was not touched. But after I updated my post, it isn’t recognized by Castos or my media platforms, such as Apple. What happened? How can I get it back?

  Are you talking about commonmystics.net? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
