Updated the wrong wordpress site?- How to transfer update to another site?

  Hi I recently updated my website to premium and realized that i’d rather use another domain. I would transfer the domain, only i can’t because the domain i want to transfer is under a free plan. So then I decided that I would just switch the recent upgrade to another site. Do I need to call in and ask for help or would someone be willing to explain how to transfer the upgrade to another site??
