Updated Using Staging Feature and Now Can’t Access

    I recently used the staging feature to update my site without affecting it until I was ready. When I was ready, I chose to ‘deploy all changes’ and now my site can’t be reached. I can’t access my admin page, nothing. Every time I try to, my computer downloads a file instead of launching the page. Please help asap!!

    Hi! I’m sorry to hear it — is this a staging arrangement you’d made with your hosting company?

    If so, can you reach out to them directly? Otherwise, if you were using a plugin to stage the site, can you contact their support? They’ll likely have seen this before and can point you in the right direction.
