Updateing information under Products on my site

I have a site called mothershelpinghandsatlanta.com. Within this site under dashboard, there is a products option. Within Products, there is the option for product data, and then Inventory. In that option, there is the choice of in/out of stock or back order. For some reason it is now on out of stock. I have tried to set it to in stock, but the change will not take hold. I have consulted with My hosting company and they were no help. I believe the problem is getting the change to save, but I do not see an option for saving any changes. Even using the update option for the page itself is not keeping any changes. Please help.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
