Updates are not saving

    Hello, I am customizing my site and the changes are not saving when I go to view the site. Whenever I hit ‘customize’ it shows the changes I’m attempting to make but it is not reflecting on the actual site. Please help, thanks!

    Hi there,

    Please go to My Site ->Customize.

    At the top of the Customizer, does the button show Draft Saved for you? Click the gear icon and select Publish, and then click the button which should now also say Publish.

    If that’s what you’ve been doing and it still won’t work, please try clearing your browser cache and then try publishing again.
