Updates are not taking place

  i have changed the layout of my latest posts page but it does get updated on the website. I tried clearing browser cache, refreshing but the update does not takes place. How can I solve this issue?

  Are you speaking of https://thequintessentialmess.wordpress.com/?

  If you’re referring to the page at https://thequintessentialmess.wordpress.com/blog-2/, nothing you do in the editor for that page will be visible on your site. That’s because that page is assigned as the posts page, meaning it only shows the latest posts published on your site, as determined by your theme, and any content added in the editor for that page is ignored.

  If this is not what you want, you need to un-set that page as your posts page, and instead use the Blog Posts block to display your posts on that page.
