If I publish and share a blog post and add an image to it after a few days do the already shared post gets updated with newly added image
If you mean the shared version on another service like Facebook, then no. When you share a post to, for example, Facebook, at that time Facebook fetches information from your site which they then use to create the preview.
If you then later update the post on WordPress.com, Facebook has no way of knowing that the original post has changed, and the preview on their end will not update accordingly.
The only places where the updates to your post would be visible is on your site itself, and in the WordPress.com Reader.
How to apply for AdWords to monetise my blog?
Only sites with a custom domain are eligible to apply for WordAds. It’s not possible to apply for WordAds with a free address like beautyhealthhappinesscom.wordpress.com
