Updating already published WordPress plugin

I am trying to update my woo-checkbook-io (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-checkbook-io/?#installation) plugin to a more updated version. However, I can’t figure out how to publish new updates to the plugin. Can someone guide me or point me in the right direction on how to publish new changes to my plugin that is already available on the wordpress plugin store?
I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
