Updating Email Address

  I am trying to update my administrative email address on my website and every time I try and do it, it sends me a link to the new email but when I click on the link and type in my email address it says that the user doesn’t exist. So, it’s not letting me actually update the email and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
