Updating failed

Pages and Post give me a message ‘Updating failed’ on update, draft of publish.
This is a new install to replace the old one I crashed. It is hosted by my ISP, Network Solutions. I am running the latest WP updates with the latest PHP and MySQL.
The blog is at http://MartysRandomThoughts.com/mrt
Only one new plug-in so far ‘Newsletter’.
The other old blog (WP) still work just fine the new one has problem.
