Updating Information on Site and accidently deleted a section that I cannot find in my history

    I accidently deleted a section on my home page. It linked to my blog. I dont see it in history though to go get it back.

    Also – for instance at the bottom of my homepage, i need to update the contact information. Except it wont let me edit ANY of that information on the bottom next to the contact form.

    Any help would be appreciated!
