  Hi mariamulcahy,

  What is the address of the site you are having trouble logging in to?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, you’ll need to enter the login details that were used to create the account on that site, not your WordPress.com login details.

  Once I know the site address, I can point you in the right direction.
