updating my site doesn’t show on mobile app

  when i update my site charmajesti.com i can see the updates on the desktop but not on mobile. i have jetpack activated but even when i turn on the mobile theme via jetpack, it still doesn’t show my updated pictures/content on the homepage. not sure what to do, please advise
