Updating pages isn’t working

I’m trying to update a page I have created but when I click ‘update’, it sends me to the ‘Posts’ page instead and nothing I had done is saved. I’ve also tried to update other pages on our site and it does the same thing, tried different browsers and logging in as a different user. I can’t figure out why it’s doing this.
