updating to 5.2.4

    Hi,
    Have tried to send an e-mail WordPress tech help dept. but no address found.

    Can you help please. I have tried to update automatically to WordPress 5.2.4. in my dashboard to no avail the same with trying to update plugins.

    The person who helped to set up my wordpress site has emigrated and I don’t have anybody else to help me update wordpress to 5.2.4.

    I am not in anyway proficient with wordpress and would be afraid to start messing with site. Is there anyway your tech team could please help updating site if I give access to website Administration ?

    What you are describing is actually the other version of WordPress. It’s the open source, WordPress.org software, and help for that comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
