Updating Version

    My site was created by a developer that used WordPress. My site is hosted through Godaddy. Recently my site was hijacked and Godaddy help me with adding additional security. I firstly need to update my WordPress version to the latest as well as adding recaptcha features to my contact forms to eliminate spam mail. How can i get this done?

    Hi there, for help with a site using the WP software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
