  In attempting to upgrade my account, I keep getting the message that this transaction cannot be completed.

  If you are sure all of the payment details you entered are correct, please contact your credit card company to find out if they are blocking transactions from WordPress.com. (That can happen even if your credit card is working for other purchases.)

  If they aren’t blocking the transaction, please let me know and I can investigate that for you more on our end.
