  I want to change my domain name to .com but when I try to upgrade it won’t accept my uk postcode. Is there a way to do this please?

  Yes that’s it! I presumed it would be ok as I had entered UK as country etc.

  What is the postal code that you are putting into that field?

  We have had this issue with several other UK users.
