  Hi I’m currently trying to upgrade my site to a business plan. Every time I go to check out and upgrade to a monthly payment the transaction never goes through. It says I need to try another card but nothing is wrong with my card because I’ve been able to pay for other things with the card. Is there something I’m doing wrong? I’ve even tried paypal but every time I use paypal it just redirects me to the cart page but never goes through.

  Hey there! Sorry we didn’t catch this sooner. I see you’ve got a plan now. If the card was declining before, I’d bet your card provider was blocking the charge. Sometimes they’ll do that for online services, but you can clear it up by contacting them.

  Some providers even have an app that will pop up and ask if whether you meant to make the purchase, so you can unblock quickly if needed. You might check in with your provider to see if they have that.
