  We upgraded to the premium site and had our domain, rhythmride.org, changed to WordPress to manage, but it is still showing us on the free plan and the domain has not changed. Please look into this and respond. Thank you.

  rhythmride.org currently diverts to https://rhythmridemusic.wordpress.com/ rather than the other way round. There is also an account rhythmridemusic as well as the account rhythmride you are currently posting from so it looks like you need to log in to your other account. Are you transferring your GoDaddy domain to WordPress.com or keeping it where it is and mapping it here? Did you follow the correct instructions.

  Hi there,

  The site, https://rhythmridemusic.wordpress.com/, for which that domain was bought, belongs to a completely different username account. You’ll need to be logged into the correct account to access that site and access the premium plan features.

  Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I did follow the instructions. I think the problem is that it is not recognizing the payment we made to upgrade the account.
  I know it was deducted from the checking account. Is there anyone I can contact to have this checked out? I am not able to find any contact numbers.
