  As I understand I need to upgrade to a plan to get the PDF plugin so I could print my first blog. If I do the upgrade will the old blog be linked to my new domain? How much to host after the first year?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there,

  Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.com if you have the Business Plan Upgrade:

  https://wordpress.com/business/

  That particular plan is $299 a year.

  However, .pdf files can be uploaded to the media library on any plan, including the free plan:

  Accepted File Types

  What feature of the pdf plugin are you needing? The ability to print the pdf file from your site?
