  Hello,

  My site: JNmindbodyspirit.com

  was upgraded and I have had $396 taken out of my account but my site back end was not upgraded.

  Please help

  Hi there,

  That is because the the account you are contacting us from is not the account you bought the upgrade under. You’ll need to log out of this current account and log into the other WordPress.com account that has the upgrades.
