  I’m trying to upgrade to small business plan.
  Every time I purchase the upgrade I’m left with the free version and the upgrade still in my cart.

  Thanks for reaching out to us. I am sure this has been frustrating. Do you see any error messages when completing the transaction?

  Let’s try a few things:

  1. contact your financial provider and make sure they know this is not a fraudulent charge and that you are trying to make a purchase from us. They could be blocking it proactively.
