  Hello, I can’t upgrade due to fact that, I have been stopped, I don’t know how, from making any transaction with my card. How do I upgrade to a paid plan? I can’t use any of my card.

  Hi there,

  Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? I do not see any payment errors in our server logs so I’m not sure I understand the issue. Are you getting an error message of some kind? Have you contacted your bank to confirm they are not blocking the charges on their end? Are you using a Visa/Mastercard, or some other card?
