Upgrade

We purchased 25GB of storage in April. Since that time we would like to upgrade to Premium and pay the $99 annual fee. No longer do we need the 25GB of storage, as we consider the 13GB that we get with the Premium subscription to be enough. How best can we handle this? Pay an additional $49 to upgrade to premium, or cancel the storage at $50 and then subscribe (do we then lose the $50 already paid?
