Upgrade

    Why i am finding it difficult to upgrade to premium , It keep showing Purchases is disabled ,What’s happening and i sent an mail yesterday and i receive a mail saying ‘ Thank you for reaching out,We reserve the right to limit purchases on WordPress.com sites, So payments will not be allowed for this account’ Question now is why is payment not allowed for my account?
