  if i upgrade my blog forumsokrates.wordpress.com to forumsokrates.com, how do i get the content of the site to the new adress?

  As long as you add the domain via Store -> Domain in your Dashboard, the new domain will actually replace the old domain. Think of it as a new change of clothes for your blog.
