I have paid the amount of approximately £84 to upgrade my account however my account has not updated to premium? Do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

I do not see a charge for the upgrade under the account you are contacting us from. Do you see the charge reflected on your statement? If so, do you happen to have a second account that you own?

Hello, there has definitely been a charge from WordPress as it is shown on my Paypal account.
I do not have a second account that I own either, could you please look into this further?

Once you find out what account the charge is under, I can make the refund for you. Also, what the amount of the charge?
