upgrade account not working

  i’m trying to upgrade from free back to premium but it won’t let me. i tried business so i could install a plugin i thought i needed, but ended up deleting the plugin and switching back from business… but now it says my account is free and i can’t get back to premium.

  how do i make my account plugin disabled?

  please help as this has broken my website.

  Hi there!

  It seems that you have made some changes to your website by installing plugins or custom themes after upgrading to the Business plan. In order to switch to a different plan, we will have to revert your site entirely, which means that any plugins or custom themes you installed will be removed.

  Before proceeding, we want to confirm if you are comfortable with this. Reverting your site will bring it back to the state it was in before you upgraded to the Business plan. Once this is done, you will then have the option to upgrade to the Premium plan.
