My recent upgrade to the Essentials Plan was cancelled. I don’t know why. Can you please explain why?

I checked your WordPress.com account, and it appears you canceled the plan, and a full refund was issued. Can you confirm if you didn’t cancel the plan on your account?
That would be interesting because we log who performed an action, and we can see if any of the staff cancels a subscription. In this case, it appears the cancellation was done by you with your WordPress.com account, not any of us.
Are you saying that you didn’t cancel the plan, even accidentally? Please let us know so that we can investigate this further.
