Upgrade cannot be cancelled and refunded…?

  There was an error and my WordPress upgrade cannot be cancelled and refunded. It says Please contact customer support

  Hi there!

  It looks like you’re using a Free Trial of WordPress.com Premium. You have a few options from here.

  1. You can remove WordPress.com Premium in its entirely and cancel the domain mapping for theseniority.com.

  2. You can purchase the domain mapping for theseniority.com for $13 and remove the rest of the Premium plan.

  3. You can purchase the WordPress.com Premium plan, including the domain mapping for theseniority.com for $99.

  I wanted to do option 1, to cancel everything before it charges me, as it’s not the right product for me.

  Hi,
  my wordpress will be automatically renewed Aug 1st but I’ve been trying to cancel it before it charges me. Can someone on the team confirm if its in process or if there are any problems please? Thanks.
