upgrade does not seem effective on account

I was charged for an upgrade ($99 – 7/25/12), however, this is not reflected in billing/upgrades through wordpress.com….and difficult to understand why two different profiles occur….I am confused as to how to access and develop the .net address….

You have a second blog that seems to have gotten created when you set up the registration and mapping
this will log you into the mapped domain name
