Which upgrade?
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com and abramona.wordpress.com has never been upgraded.
You are a member on the site, inesartetablog.wordpress.com, which has a domain mapping upgrade. However, that site is still on the free plan as it only has mapping and not a paid plan. The upgrade on that site belongs to the user, inesarteta
If you’re speaking of a different site completely, please log in as the username that owns the site and you will see your upgrades in your account.
