  Won’t let me do this saying can’t upgrade to TLDs

  On phone with a little bolton data but need to do it today to get discount.

  Help appreciated.

  It says cannot transfer in domains with ineligible TLDS.

  Hi there,

  What domain are you trying to use?

  We can only accept incoming transfers for the domains listed here:

  Domain Pricing and Available TLDs

  Also note the exceptions on the top of that page.

  If you were trying to transfer in a supported TLD, we were busy with a system upgrade yesterday and transfers were temporarily disabled, but those should be working again by now.

  If you want to transfer a TLD we don’t support, your only option is to map it to us instead:
