Upgrade? I thought i did!!

  I have set up my wordpress account in the last 36 hours but my home page says i have the free package and i have a message saying i can upgrade. I don’t get what i paid £84 for….. I thought i purchased the second package.

  is there anything else i need to do?????????

  This account realsmile47 is only 24 hours old so it’s impossible it made a purchase 36 hours ago. The only explanation is you made that upgrade with another account.

  i think i got my timeframe wrong, it was yesterday this time approx. that i created my account. what should i do?? my home page says i have the free package…..

  Hi there,

  Did you check to see if you were charged for the upgrade on your bank statement? If so, there should be a transaction ID that will help us find the upgrade. There is nothing under the account you are contacting us from, so it may be under a different one?

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.
