    I decided to buy a wordpress template from ‘Envato Market’ and as you know it’s one-time payment, But the website template is in english and it’s really important for me to translate it in arabic so of course i have to use plugin so do i have to upgrade my account to use the plugins please clarify it to me.

    Hi –

    You’ll need to upgrade your account to the business plan in order to use the theme. Third party themes require the business plan, as well as does using plugins.

    Go ahead and add the business plan to your account through https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    Once that’s done you’ll be able to register or connect a custom domain. Proceed with your theme upload, and install the necessary translation plugin.
