  Hi there,
  One month ago you attempted to renew my Custom Design upgrade added to my site but experienced a problem taking payment, because my credit card number changed. I was on holidays and I didn’t see the emails.

  I wish to continue with the subscription but I’ve seen that the plans have changed since my first update.
  I only want the CSS Custom Design, not all the Premium plan. What I have to do?
