Upgrade my plan not working

  I would like to upgrade my plan to premium but it says the plan isn’t compatible with my site.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  I see that you created a new site with the WordPress.com Premium plan. Have you decided to start your site from scratch?

  The previous site couldn’t be upgraded to Premium because you had the WordPress.com Business plan and installed plugins or uploaded custom themes. Those features are not available on the WordPress.com Premium plan.

  If you’d like to continue with the Premium plan on that site, we’d have to revert the site to the state it was in before you installed the first plugin or uploaded a theme. Would you like us to go ahead and revert your previous site?

  Or are you okay with continuing with the WordPress.com Premium plan on your new site?
