Upgrade not cancelled and refunded.

    There was a problem refunding your payment. I just bought my domain and premium upgrade today and i would like to cancel it and be refunded and it is not working.

    I’d be happy to refund your WordPress.com Premium Upgrade for you. Since you’ve used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

    1) I can refund your entire Premium purchase, including your domain kelseyraedesign.com. This will lead to a total refund of $99. Your domain will become unavailable for several weeks; after this period, anyone may purchase the domain name. If you’d like a complete refund, and are okay with the prospect of potentially losing kelseyraedesign.com, this is the way you’ll want to proceed.

    2) If you want to keep your domain, I can refund your Premium purchase, less the domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $81. You will be able to continue to use your domain name, kelseyraedesign.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.

    I would like to keep the kelseyraedesign.com to transfer to another service. And a refund for the premium purchase for $81.

    My apologies, I actually misspoke. It is actually a refund of $79. I did not realize that you had purchased the Premium upgrade at the $79 price after purchasing a custom domain for $18. As I am refunding the Premium purchase and not the domain registration, I can’t refund more than you paid. Again, my apologies for the confusion.

    I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    That is okay. Thanks for getting back to me and fixing the problem and getting me my refund.

    Is there any way I can get the refund for the domain name as well? I would no longer like to use it, it is unable to be transferred how I want it to.
