Upgrade not registering

  I upgraded to premium but it is not on my account. Please can you advise. Thanks

  Hi there,

  After looking into your account, I found that you added the WordPress.com Premium upgrade to the site:

  clareht.wordpress.com

  Did you want to transfer it to:

  thewellbeinggroup.wordpress.com

  Please let me know and I can get it transferred promptly.

  Hi there,
  Yes it would be great if you could transfer this acrsoss to thewellbeinggroup blog. Will it be obvious how to transfer this over to a domain name that I have bought from Crazy Domains?

  Hi Clare!

  All you need is the Domain Mapping (which is included with WordPress.com Premium).

  Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once you do this all you’ll need to do is add the domain mapping by going to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard.

  Did you transfer the premium account to thewellbeinggroup.wordpress.com?

  It doesn’t look as if it is there.

  Also I am trying to transfer the following domain: http://www.thewellbeinggroup.co.nz and it won’t let me. It says that the ending is not valid. Can you help – thanks

  You can add the domain mapping for thewellbeinggroup.co.nz here:
