Upgrade not working

  I upgraded our account yesterday, but it still isn’t letting me access the tools – it’s still asking me to upgrade.

  Can you clear this up for me?

  Can anyone help with this? The Custom Design tab still won’t let me change any settings – if I try to, it tries to charge me $30 again, even though the upgrade is showing as Active in the My Upgrades tab.

  Really frustrated with WordPress right now!
