Upgrade package issue

  I can’t upgrade my wordpress site’s package.

  When I start to purchase the billing, the page alert information:

  购买目前已被禁用

  see the attachment for detail.

  my wordpress website is: http://www.self-charm.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Solved.

  Something wrong with browser cache.

  When i try to re login the problem disappear.
