  i thought i signed up for the upgrade package when i registered, but i don’t have it. can i still get it? or do i have to pay for everything individually now?

  You can buy the upgrade package at any time – but look at the parts of the package and make sure you need all the features – you might be able to save money by only buying the items you really need –

  Also check and see if you were charged for the upgrade – sometimes an upgrade will fail – if that is the case the staff will refund your money and you can try again.
