Upgrade plan payment using Paypal & Credit Card failed

I checked out to upgrade my plan from free to premium. Both payment using PP & CC failed and redirected back to plans page without any error message. I’ve tried may times.

Hi there,
I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:
Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.
All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).
