Upgrade refund

    Hi, I purchased the site upgrade about a week and a half ago and now realize I don’t need it. I opted for cancellation and refund but the refund steps didn’t show up, only cancellation. And I haven’t even received a cancellation email (checked spam and filters). How can I get the refund?

    Hi there,

    I just cancelled and refunded your Premium plan, so you’re all set with that. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
