  If I upgrade to the Business plan and don’t like it can I get a refund?

  You can request a refund if you’ve had an upgraded plan for less than 30 days (but only 48 hours in the case of a custom domain). https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  However as your free site is only one hour old I’d be inclined to experiment there for a little while before jumping in to the top plan (which can take some time to set up) and then asking for a refund.
