Upgrade to Premium to Use New Domain

  Hello,

  This morning I purchased a custom domain from another service and wanted to add it to one of my blog sites. To use domain mapping I had to upgrade to premium, so I went through the steps to do so and my card was initially decline because Bank of America thought it was fraudulent activity. I confirmed it was me and my card was charged but I still have the ‘free’ account and not the premium one for which I paid. Please advise!

  I can see you have a Premium plan for belleofbostonblog.wordpress.com — with domain mapping for belleofboston.com.

  You can see these purchases in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Is this the site you had difficult upgrading?
