  To whom it may concern: I was trying to upgrade my website so tht I can do more while putting my card info in it came back declined and the money is available

  Sometimes your bank or card provider may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com and that your card is valid for international transactions.

  Hello..Ok I checked with my bank that’s not it…The reason is because you all are trying to take out $96.00 and the amount is not in their so on the website to upgrade I thought it was saying pay $8 a month for a yr and it totals up to $96. So paying $8 a month is not a option that will come out of acct.

  Upgrades are charged annually (or for 2 years) in advance. There are no monthly payment plans at WordPress.com I’m afraid.
